Endurance Athletes
To become healthy and physically fit sports is the best answer. Playing your favorite sport like basketball, volleyball or soccer can make you feel good and healthy. When I was in college I love to play basketball in school. I am also a player of volleyball but I concentrate more on basketball. It gives me more active, nice body, more strength, endurance and stay healthy. While my kids are still young I encourage them to play ball games. They love playing basketball in our backyard and I hope they will continue to love it.
